What We're Like

We have been developing and hosting websites since 2001. We are privately held, profitable and debt free. Based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area, we have over 1,300 active website clients in a variety industries.

We tackle websites on 4 sides:

1. Purpose - First we learn about your needs and ideas. We understand that you might not be able to clearly explain your ideas and you might not fully understand how best to approach a web presence. This is where our expertise helps fill those gaps to give your website a clear direction and objective.
2. Design - Once we understand your needs and your business we take those concepts to create a professional and appealing website. It is important that your website has the proper appeal for your visitors and fits the strategic purpose for your business.
3. Functionality - With other website design firms, functionality is normally lacking from their custom websites due to cost constraints. However, we have a plethora of specialized tools, which we have already developed, that can be used on our clients' websites. This saves our clients a lot of hassle and money. Plus, our tools allow our clients' websites to come alive with interactivity and administrative features. We like to refer to this as "more than just a box".
4. Stability - Because we have the financial backing and experience we have the luxury of maximizing these strengths. We invest in premium servers, utilize mainstream technologies and maintain relationships with external technical support companies who can step in if a crisis occurs. This is very important to us and our clients because we know it is more efficient and cheaper to do it right the first time and to keep our clients' websites operational and functional.

From our years of experience we know the importance and benefits of a usable and informative website. We also realize organizations feel best served by a real person who personally manages their website project. This is why we provide a personal web designer who both understands the functional needs and who is skilled in the technical aspects of creating and maintaining a website.

The responsiveness and efficiency of our support team have been critical factors in our success. Our average resolution time during business hours is 10 minutes. So, we don't have backlogs of work and we don't let our clients wait for support. We are attentive to all help requests and our proven processes help us do things right the first time. Network and Datacenter

Our attention to detail is found in more than just our websites. We selected one of North America's greatest datacenters, located in Virginia, to house our high-powered servers. They provide the secure, stable, and blisteringly fast environment required to meet our hosting needs.

If you aren't familiar with datacenters they are designed to house thousands of web servers and connect them to the backbone of the internet. There are two factors that make datacenters so important. First, they are constructed to ensure computer hardware is secure and operating. They accomplish this with many levels of redundancy and integrated protection from natural and man-made threats. This includes battery backups, diesel generators, fire suppression, cooling systems, internal water/air air supply and multiple high speed connections to the internet. Second, is their onsite 24/7/365 dedicated security force and technical teams that proactively monitor the servers and network. It's safe to say they know what they're doing.
